Cancellation – Refund -Return Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly provide a refund, replacement, or an exchange. All customized orders can be returned for full refund within 30 days of receipt.
When is return or replacement not accepted
Domestic Orders (within India):
Opened / used / altered products
Original packaging missing (product labels etc.)
Return or replacement initiated within 3 days from date of delivery
International Orders (Outside India):
Once we ship the product the order can only be cancelled by incurring an international shipping expense and custom duty charges, for the same you can contact our Customer Care Team.

Cancellation policy for consultation – Just deny your availability to our customer care executive who will contact you before the consultation.
At God’s Care Herbals, we do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products. And we are happy to issue a full refund based on the conditions listed below:
Full Refund Possible If:
you received a defective product
the ordered item(s) is lost or damaged during transit
the ordered item(s) is past its expiry date
transaction has failed but money is debited from the bank account
Please Note: Your amount will be refunded back to your source account within 48 hours. Refunds take upto 3-5 business days from the date of refund to reflect in your bank account (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays). Purchases made by any mode may be refundable to the original source of payment.
How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, simply contact us via Email or WhatsApp with your transaction or order details, including the reason why you’re requesting a refund. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service.
Refunds are generally processed by bank after 48 hrs of the transaction. Bank usually takes 3-5 business days from the date of refund to reflect in your bank account (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays). Purchases made by any mode may be refundable to the original source of payment.

We do our best to ensure that the products you order are delivered according to your specifications. However, should you receive an incomplete order, damaged or incorrect product(s), please notify God’s Care Herbals Customer Support immediately or within 7 working days of receiving the products, to ensure prompt resolution. Please note that God's Care Herbals will not accept liability for such delivery issues if you fail to notify us within 7 working days of receipt.
We also understand that various circumstances may arise leading you to want to return a product or products that are not defective. In these cases, we may allow the return of unopened, unused products after deducting a 20% restocking charge, ONLY if you notify us within 10 working days of receipt.
